Total Commander 8.50 (32-bit & 64-bit)

Total Commander (former Wincmd) is very popular and extremely efficient file manager, which has many more advanced features than the standard Windows Explorer. A command line helps starting programs with parameters, and a fully configurable button bar allows to launch programs and internal commands.
